Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

House of Lafond LLC operates Shootr. This policy explains how the Shootr app and website handle information.

Information and storage

The current TestFlight build stores booking choices, onboarding status, and app preferences locally on your device. Shootr does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Location

Shootr requests location access only when you choose a feature that needs your location, such as finding someone nearby. You can deny or change location permission in iOS Settings.

Photos and Moments

Photos and Moments are intended to remain private to the people involved in a booking. The current TestFlight build does not upload your personal photo library to a live Shootr service.

Payments

Shootr plans to use Stripe to process payments for photography services. Stripe may process payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Live payment processing is not enabled in Build 5, and Shootr does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Analytics and tracking

Build 5 does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Data sharing

Shootr does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed if required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or the public.

Children

Shootr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can control app permissions in iOS Settings and remove device-local Shootr data by deleting the app. When account features become available, deletion options will be provided in the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Shootr adds or changes services. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
